1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging GPRScan.ca for ground-penetrating radar (GPR) services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. GPRScan.ca is a specialist division of Anyleak Services Ltd., registered in British Columbia, Canada. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Description of Services

GPRScan.ca provides professional non-destructive ground-penetrating radar scanning services including, but not limited to: concrete scanning, underground utility location, slab thickness and void detection, structural integrity analysis, post-tension cable mapping, rebar and conduit locating, moisture intrusion correlation, construction risk mitigation, and pre-excavation scanning.

All services are subject to a separate written service agreement or accepted quotation, which governs the specific scope, deliverables, and pricing for each engagement.

3. No Guarantee of Results

GPR scanning is a non-destructive investigative tool. While we employ industry-standard equipment and certified technicians, GPR results are subject to inherent limitations including soil composition, material density, signal interference, and depth constraints. Our reports represent professional interpretations of scan data and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of subsurface conditions.

Clients are responsible for engaging a licensed professional engineer where engineering decisions are to be made based on GPR data.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging GPRScan.ca agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete site information prior to and during scanning
• Ensure safe and lawful site access for our technicians
• Disclose any known hazards, restricted areas, or prior site modifications
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals required for GPR work at the site
• Not use GPR reports for purposes beyond the scope described in the service agreement

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as specified in the applicable quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the date of issue. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 1.5% per month (18% per annum). Reports and deliverables may be withheld pending payment.

6. Intellectual Property

All GPR reports, scan data, images, and interpretive documents produced by GPRScan.ca remain the intellectual property of Anyleak Services Ltd. until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use the deliverables for the project purposes described in the service agreement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and page layouts — is owned by or licenced to GPRScan.ca and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GPRScan.ca and Anyleak Services Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on our reports. Our total liability in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.

8. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GPRScan.ca, Anyleak Services Ltd., and their respective employees, officers, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) the client's misuse of GPR data; (b) inaccurate or incomplete site information provided by the client; or (c) the client's breach of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
